Information We Collect (by Category)

• Contact Information (e.g., email address, username, ALOALO nickname)
• Identifiers (e.g., app/user ID, device identifiers, push token)
• Usage Data (e.g., session start/end, screens viewed, feature usage, conversation count and duration)
• Diagnostics (e.g., crash logs, error codes, device/OS information)
• Sensitive Information for Voice/Chat (e.g., conversation transcripts; raw audio is not retained)
• Financial Information (e.g., subscription status and receipts processed via the app store)

We do not collect precise geolocation and we do not scan your entire photo library. When you choose a photo (e.g., for an avatar), we access only the photo you select.

When you use the AI conversation features, we collect information through your input and use of the Services, including audio, messages, images, links and URLs, relevant past conversations, and profile or setting information such as your nickname, AI character name, language, and user ID.
